Following receipt of correspondence from Living Haven about improvements that have been implemented at The Saffron Hotel, Preet wrote to staff to both thank and commend them for implementing these changes.

The hotel and its staff organised fantastic events for children over the summer; a generous Birmingham restaurant provided free hot meals to residents every Thursday; upgrades have been made to the exterior and interior; and the hotel is proactively tackling pests.

Overall, Preet was pleased to read about these improvements and wanted to recognise the efforts of staff at The Saffron Hotel for taking these steps.
