Following the serious incident in Quinton in September, Preet sought an urgent update from West Midlands Police.
This serious incident followed a summer that felt noticeably different in terms of the amount of crime we are seeing in Edgbaston. Indeed, Preet's is seeing more and more constituents write to her about crime and policing.
Preet thanked WMP and emergency personnel who responded to the the incident, and she committed to continuing to work closely with ward Sergeants and others to tackle crime in Edgbaston.
See Preet's letter below, and find Labour's mission to take back our streets here: https://labour.org.uk/missions/safe-streets/.
